AXA Group Headquarters (GIE AXA) in Paris seeks a Head of Group Corporate Finance to lead the Group’s M&A and capital allocation agenda. You will manage a team and interface with top management, entities, and external banks and advisers.

The role requires a deep technical and strategic finance background, fluency in French and English, and a track record of delivering complex deals in a multinational insurer setting. Hybrid work and strong international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate finance, M&A, or investment banking.
• Proven track record of managing high-value M&A transactions.
• Experience leading diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Familiarity with regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to insurance M&A.

Responsabilités

• Assess and manage all Group M&A transactions.
• Prepare analyses for top management and the Board of AXA.
• Collaborate with entity management for execution of M&A deals.
• Support Capital Allocation processes and remittance objectives of AXA Group entities.
• Lead a team of around 15 members including senior heads and associates.
