Shape the Future of Quantum Computing as Our Head of Corporate Communication

At Quandela, we are on a mission to revolutionize Quantum Computing with cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions.

As we expand into new markets, we seek an experienced communication leader with a proven track record in deeptech startups, capable of building and executing a communication strategy that drives brand awareness and positions us as a pioneer in this transformative field.

This role is critical to shaping our external visibility and involves crafting compelling narratives for complex technologies that resonate across diverse audiences.

Your Mission: Build a Bold Communication Strategy for a Deeptech Pioneer

In this role, you will work closely with the co-founders and our leadership team to position Quandela as a market leader in the quantum computing space. We're looking for a strategic mind who can transform complex innovations into clear, impactful messages, driving brand recognition and thought leadership.

Key Focus Areas: Deeptech Communication Expertise Required

External Communication Strategy for Emerging Markets:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to position our brand as a pioneer in deeptech and quantum computing
• Adapt messaging to showcase the value of our complex technologies to diverse audiences (clients, partners, media, regulators)

Corporate Reputation & Thought Leadership:

• Build a strong corporate narrative to enhance our reputation in a highly competitive deeptech market
• Position executives as thought leaders through keynotes, media engagements, and opinion pieces on relevant technological trends

Product Communication for Innovative Technologies:

• Translate complex deeptech innovations into clear, compelling stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead product launch communication strategies to ensure our innovations are understood, valued, and gain traction in new markets

Media Relations & Public Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, tech journalists, and industry influencers
• Drive media coverage in fast-paced markets while managing potential reputation risks

Lastly, you challenge the status quo and constantly look for new, innovative and creative opportunities to increase brand awareness.

Requirements

Your Profile: Deeptech Communication Experience Is Essential

We are looking for an experienced communication leader with a strong background in startup deeptech environments, particularly those involving innovative technologies entering new markets.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic communication, corporate communication, or public relations, with a focus on high-tech, deeptech, or innovation-driven industries
• Mandatory experience in deeptech startups, including defining and implementing external communication strategies from the ground up
• Proven success in launching innovative products in new or unfamiliar markets
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technologies into engaging narratives for a wide range of audiences
• Expertise in media relations, external communication, and thought leadership positioning
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments and adapt to rapidly evolving market dynamics
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
