ALCANDRE seeks a Head of Global Structures Controlling in the Île-de-France region. The role reports to the Global Structures CFO and leads the Corporate Controlling team, within an international context (France & international).

The ERP SAP 4-HANA is deployed to support consolidation, budgeting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate has a Finance degree, senior controller experience, and fluency in French and English.

• Degree in Finance or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Monthly End Closing (coordination, consolidation, comments, proposition, and reporting).
• Ensure the quality of data management and reporting in the consolidation tool.
• Prepare the budget and the outlook.
• Prepare the Global Structures Reviews.
• Coordinate the Global Recharges process in line with Group rules.
• Contribute to the implementation and deployment of new processes, systems and standards.
• Be the main contact for the Group controlling team and the Head of Global Functions.

Position of Head of Global Structures Controlling

Key responsibilities:

The head of Global Structures controlling is reporting to the Global Structures CFO and is managing the Corporate controlling team.

The ERP deployed is SAP 4-HANA.

The scope of responsibilities includes:

• Manage the Monthly End Closing (coordination, consolidation, comments, proposition, and reporting),
• Ensure the quality of the data management and the reporting in the consolidation tool,
• Prepare the budget and the outlook,
• Prepare the Global Structures Reviews,
• Coordinate the Global Recharges process in compliance with the Group rules,
• Contribute to the implementation and deployment of new processes, systems and standards,
• Key contact for the Group controlling team,
• Main contact for the Head of Global Functions.

Your profile:

Educated to degree/academic level in Finance.

Work Experience:

• Senior controller
• Experience as (international) controller in industry or commerce in a multinational environment
• Experience of working with SAP represents a distinct advantage.
• Management of an international team.
• Fluent French and English (other languages a plus) and strong computer skills
