Une entreprise de commerce en ligne recherche un Responsable de Planification pour diriger la stratégie de planification en France. Ce poste implique la gestion d'une équipe de planificateurs et la coordination avec différents départements pour maximiser la performance des ventes. Le candidat idéal aura un master et plus de 5 ans d'expérience, avec des compétences en gestion d'équipe, en analyse et en communication. Un environnement de travail flexible est proposé, avec 3 jours sur site et jusqu'à 2 jours à distance.

Description du poste

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Sourcing Excellence Director, your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Group Planning strategy by establishing optimal country opening rules and efficient processes to maximize group performance.
  • Unifying the planning and execution of rules and processes across the group to enhance Veepee France's performance through a coherent sales calendar and relevant product offerings tailored for the French market.

TASKS

Group Planning Strategy

  • Review and adjust the planning strategy based on macroeconomic and company-specific contexts.
  • Develop and implement processes to apply the planning strategy across different countries.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of 4 B2C managers (ES, IT, DE/AT, BNL) within a matrix organization.
  • Scale sales performance policies at the group level, considering market-specific nuances.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the controlling team regarding B2B budget adaptations into B2C.
  • Lead the development of tools such as “campaign” and “offer quality score”, including requirements gathering, user testing, and acting as proxy Product Owner if needed.

Planning Performance

  • Ensure the sales calendar's consistency to maximize platform showcase, both overall and by category, including attractiveness and distribution of blockbuster sales.
  • Coordinate with operational teams (international planning, S&OP, DF) to maintain calendar consistency.
  • Define and arbitrate sales performance policies, including launch thresholds, live management, and offer attractiveness on the French platform.
  • Lead and develop a team of 6 B2C planners.

Collaborate with business leaders (European sector director, country managers), international planning, logistics, S&OP, and marketing teams.

MUST HAVE skills

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5), preferably from a business school, with over 5 years of experience in coordination, analytical, and performance roles.
  • Management experience with strong people management skills for both direct and indirect reports.
  • Results-oriented with a strong business mindset, capable of challenging the status quo and communicating strategy effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Autonomous and confident decision-making abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.

NICE TO HAVE skills

  • Experience with BI tools (Microstrategy), SQL, bonus construction, and budget construction skills.
