Head of Commercial

Salary/Rate: £45k - 55k per year + bonus + medical

I am working with a growing business who are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead their account management team and the commercial growth within this department.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of Commercial, you will:

1. Oversee and drive departmental growth through customer experience, KPI’s and SLA’s
2. Attend client meetings and schedule account reviews to maintain high service levels
3. Negotiate on contracts and commercial terms, while working cross functionally within the business
4. Lead a team of Account Managers, inclusive of one-to-one’s, appraisals and performance standards

Requirements:

As the Head of Commercial, you will need:

1. Proven track record of up selling and cross selling within existing accounts, ideally within supply chain, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing or similar
2. At least 2 years’ experience of leading a team
3. Thrive in a fast-paced customer driven environment
4. Strong communication skills across verbal and written channels

Benefits:
