Job Description

You will join the CIB COO department, specifically the Chief Client Office, as Head of Client Strategy & Management.

The Chief Client Office supports CIB’s business development through customer knowledge, franchise development, cross-selling, strategic prioritization, and process management.

Daily responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing a team of 10 Client Strategy & Management Officers;
  2. Setting work axes, priorities, and ensuring quality and deadlines;
  3. Collaborating with CIB businesses and other teams to deliver quality services;
  4. Being the primary contact for business leaders on commercial issues;
  5. Monitoring business performance and contributing to strategic initiatives;
  6. Providing market intelligence and customer insights;
  7. Promoting cross-selling between lines of business;
  8. Analyzing customer performance to optimize resources.

This role operates in an international, collaborative environment emphasizing excellence and impact.

Qualifications & Skills

Ideal candidates have:

  • At least 5 years of team management experience, preferably involving origination, sales, or customer contact;
  • Proficiency in project management, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Salesforce and Business Object;
  • Excellent relationship skills, listening, pragmatism, organization, communication, and analysis;
  • Responsiveness and ability to work under high-stakes, dynamic conditions;
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
