Head of Cash Equity Sales – Partner Opportunity

We are offering a unique opportunity for a driven and entrepreneurial Cash Equity Sales professional to join a high-growth fintech as Head of Sales and Partner. This is not a standard sales role; it is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth business at a senior level, shape the sales strategy, and take real ownership of the firm’s success. You’ll work alongside the founding team to expand the international client base of equity portfolio managers and institutional investors.

Partner-Level Role:

Join as a core member of the leadership team with influence over strategy, growth, and product direction.

Financial Package:

Global Scope:

Build and lead the client franchise across key markets: Europe, US, and Asia.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead the firm's equity sales efforts globally, with full responsibility for originating and managing relationships with institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, family offices).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting differentiated execution strategies, trading insights, and analytics tools.
  • Act as a strategic partner to portfolio managers, promoting the firm’s execution capabilities, proprietary tools, and data-driven insights.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team as the platform grows.
  • Stay current with global equity market trends, client flows, and sector developments to anticipate client needs and provide value-added engagement.
Experience & Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in cash equity sales or trading, with a strong institutional client base.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to help build a business from within.
  • Established relationships with equity portfolio managers in key global markets.
  • Driven, able to operate independently and drive results in a high-growth setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interest in fintech, data-driven platforms, and the evolution of equity market infrastructure.
