Partner-Level Role : Join as a core member of the leadership team with influence over strategy, growth, and product direction.

Financial Package : Highly attractive share plan and opportunity to invest in the firm alongside the founders.

Global Scope : Build and lead the client franchise across key markets : Europe, US, and Asia.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Lead the firm's equity sales efforts globally, with full responsibility for originating and managing relationships with institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, family offices).
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting differentiated execution strategies, trading insights, and analytics tools.
  • Act as a strategic partner to portfolio managers, promoting the firm’s execution capabilities, proprietary tools, and data-driven insights.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team as the platform grows.
  • Stay current with global equity market trends, client flows, and sector developments to anticipate client needs and provide value-added engagement.

Experience & Skills Required :

  • Proven experience in cash equity sales or trading, with a strong institutional client base.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to help build a business from the inside.
  • Established relationships with equity portfolio managers in key global markets.
  • Driven, able to operate independently and drive results in a high-growth setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interest in fintech, data-driven platforms, and the evolution of equity market infrastructure.
