KuCoin EU is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development & Sales to spearhead revenue growth, forge institutional partnerships, and establish our leadership in the fintech and Web3 ecosystem. You will drive strategic deals, scale business development efforts, and lead a high-performing sales team to position KuCoin EU as a trusted partner in digital asset solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute growth strategies to secure high-value partnerships and multi-million-dollar revenue streams.
  2. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, targeting institutional and fintech opportunities.
  3. Cultivate relationships with banks, fintechs, and corporate clients to drive adoption of KuCoin EU’s digital asset solutions.
  4. Oversee seamless onboarding of institutional clients, facilitating their transition to Web3 and digital asset integrations.
  5. Lead token listing initiatives, trading volume growth, and exchange partnerships to enhance liquidity and market adoption.
  6. Foster ecosystem partnerships with blockchain foundations, liquidity providers, market makers, and financial institutions.
  7. Build and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team.
  8. Cultivate a results-driven culture, setting and surpassing ambitious sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven Track Record: Success in closing multi-million-dollar deals in sales and business development.
  2. Industry Expertise: Experience in institutional crypto adoption, fintech solutions, and digital asset integration.
  3. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of crypto regulations (e.g., MiCA) and financial compliance frameworks.
  4. Market Dynamics: Expertise in token listings, trading volume growth, and crypto exchange operations.
  5. Network: Established connections in the financial and blockchain industries.
  6. Skills: Exceptional negotiation and go-to-market strategy capabilities.
  7. Leadership: Experience leading and scaling sales teams in fintech or blockchain sectors.
