We are looking for a talented Head of Business Development France / Germany / Belgium / Austria (m / f / d) to join our mission at Wellpass and revolutionize employee access to sports and wellness activities.
In this role, you will play a key part in leading the Business Development team responsible for identifying and convincing new clients to join the Wellpass journey. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director based in France. You'll be managing a team of 7 people in France (Paris-based) and 10 people in Germany, including our German/Austrian BDM Team Lead, spread across the country. The BDM team mainly focuses on prospecting but also handles inbound leads from marketing and participates in events and trade shows.
