Criteo AI Lab invites you to join a team of researchers and engineers turning cutting-edge ideas into production systems used by millions daily. You will work at the intersection of scientific innovation and scalable machine learning.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and deploy novel ML approaches, collaborate with researchers, software engineers, product managers, and data scientists, and run rigorous offline and online evaluations to improve the advertising platform.

Qualifications

• Strong foundations in ML, DL, statistics or applied math.
• Experience building and evaluating deep learning models in production.
• Familiar with Transformers, representation learning, or generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training.
• Familiar with A/B testing and data pipelines; PySpark a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and evaluate novel ML approaches for prediction, optimization and recommendation.
• Transform research ideas into production systems handling petabytes of data.
• Collaborate with researchers, software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
• Experiment, learn, and iterate via offline and online A/B tests.
• Share knowledge and shape the future direction of AI capabilities.
