Directly reporting to our VP People, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy of Back Market globally (Europe, US, APAC), transforming our company objectives into an efficient recruitment strategy.
YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT):
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Back Market's growth objectives.
Design and drive the adoption of efficient & structured recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
Act as the ambassador for Back Market's employer brand, promoting our culture and values externally.
