In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Sales, UKI & France on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Head of Account Management, UKI & France, you’ll have a direct impact on driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction within our B2B market segment. You will:

  • Implement effective upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies; support the team in closing key deals and securing renewals through strategic planning and negotiation.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities while driving best practices in client management and team performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high service quality, issue resolution, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Oversee fair distribution and management of client portfolios; lead execution of client projects aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts in CRM systems; provide timely and insightful reports to senior leadership, tracking budget estimates versus actuals.
  • Partner with Client Success, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth transitions; promote a culture of collaboration and best practice sharing within the team.

What You'll Offer

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management
  • Advanced proficiency in English and French
  • Solid understanding of the learning ecosystem, digital education tools, and client needs within the EdTech sector
  • Skilled at fostering trust with clients and stakeholders across various levels, ensuring long-term partnerships and strategic alignment
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation, deal-closing, account planning, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent time management, CRM proficiency, and a data-informed approach to strategy development and forecasting
