Position: Nike Store Head Coach

Your mission will be to create an environment within a medium to large volume store that offers a premium customer experience, delivers an exceptional employee experience, and implements programs and processes to drive business results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan daily or short-term work for employees, supervise staff, set individual goals, coach team members, support their development, and participate in hiring, performance management, recognition, and rewards decisions.
  2. Manage all aspects of a small to medium-sized store.
  3. Oversee store operations, staff, and environment to meet sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals, while maintaining operational standards.
  4. Manage daily revenue and payroll expenses.
  5. Develop in-store talent by managing associates, team leads, or department managers.
  6. Communicate and deliver rewards and recognition to the store team.
  7. Collaborate with District or Area Managers and Loss Prevention teams to address security and loss issues.
  8. Deliver a premium consumer and employee experience and execute global and regional programs to enhance business performance.
