Qualifications

  • Master's Degree; background in university or business school is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of French is beneficial.
  • Experience working in agencies and knowledge of creative processes is advantageous.

Position: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you ensure the smooth running of agency projects while assisting account managers and Account Directors. You communicate correct information to all team members (including Creative and Medical Departments), face clients, and report to the Account Managers and Account Directors.

You are responsible for overall project quality and respecting the budget.

Responsibilities:
  1. Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements.
  2. Master quality control of all work submitted to clients.
  3. Disclose project details to the client and all team members.
  4. Provide timely communication to complete projects on time and within budget.
  5. Develop strong relationships with clients.
  6. Monitor all project stages to ensure smooth execution.
  7. Write status reports throughout the project.
  8. Ensure the project stays within the allocated budget.
  9. Apply and respect processes and administrative tasks for project organization (creative brief, project brief, contact reports, worklist, timesheets, planning, timeline, etc.).
  10. Offer creative ideas to develop exciting projects and promote creativity to clients.
  11. Maintain productivity and assist with invoicing, forecasting, and support on pitches.
Candidate Profile:
  • Up-to-date CV
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Teamwork experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating captivating presentations
  • Understanding of budget constraints
  • Agency experience or awareness of creative processes is a plus
  • Personable and professional character
  • Confidence to build client trust
  • Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
  • Master's Degree; university or business school background is a plus; medical/scientific education is a plus

Contract Details
