A leading healthcare communication agency is seeking an Art Direction Intern to develop visual storytelling for various campaigns. The role involves collaborating with the Creative Team and designing visuals for multiple media channels. Ideal candidates should have strong creative skills, proficiency in Adobe Suite and French, and a solid understanding of advertising trends. This is an apprenticeship contract based in Puteaux, with hybrid working options and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

As an Assistant Art Director, your mission is to craft concepts and develop the visual storytelling of our campaigns. You will collaborate with the Creative Team across various media including print, TV, radio, digital, and social. Are you ready?

We value personalized creation that utilizes all your tools, especially AI. Every medium will require your imagination and ingenuity to make each concept unique.

Your challenge is to develop the visual universe of a concept—from branding to photography style—using your design and conceptual skills to inspire consumers across all communication forms.

Our missions for you, if you accept the challenge
  • Research and imagine creative routes individually and with Copy Writers.
  • Design visuals, campaigns, and identities for brands across all media (TV, print, social networks, newsletters, banners, internal communications, etc.).
  • Ensure brand consistency and effective visual storytelling while adhering to the graphic charter.
  • Create graphics, logos, layouts, and visuals for print, videos, brochures, digital, and social media to enhance our clients' visual language.
  • Monitor and manage project progress.
  • Collaborate with internal and external service providers such as photographers, motion designers, graphic artists, illustrators, videographers, voice-over artists, and writers.
  • Stay updated on graphic and advertising trends in all creative fields.

  • Experience in a similar role within an advertising or healthcare communications agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, generative AI, and Figma. A deeply creative mindset, with skills in sketching, AI prompting, and creative thinking sources.
  • A strategic and creative profile, keen on staying updated with industry news across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, luxury, skincare, beauty, and cosmetics sectors.
  • Strong awareness of advertising and communication trends.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 minimum). Bilingual candidates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in French is required, both written and spoken.
  • Curiosity, rigor, dynamism, team spirit, and responsiveness.
