Une entreprise internationale recherche un stagiaire pour le poste de Media Assistant. Le candidat aura pour mission de soutenir les équipes dans la gestion de campagnes médiatiques, travailler sur des fichiers de reporting, et analyser des données pour extraire des insights. Ce stage de 6 mois, basé à Puteaux, offre une immersion dans un environnement dynamique avec des clients prestigieux. Qualifications

• Un stage ou première expérience en marketing ou médias appréciée.
• Anglais courant requis; une seconde langue est un plus.
• Compétences avancées en Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Relations et coordination avec les éditeurs lors des différentes étapes des campagnes.
• Travail avec les exécutifs sur les fichiers de reporting (Excel).
• Suivi de la performance et des budgets des campagnes.

We are looking for our future International Media Assistant for several accounts communicating in France and internationally. The intern's tasks will include supporting channel experts in managing various clients.

Your future challenges?

• Relationship and coordination with publishers during the different stages of the campaign (briefing, challenging media recommendations, monitoring schedules, campaign follow-up, performance report presentations, and more).

• Work with executives on reporting files (Excel + presentations) to complete reports according to the requests of each client.

• Support the financial tracking of various campaigns.

• Follow up with local markets on processes.

• Review and analyze data to extract insights.

Your profile?

• An internship or first professional experience in marketing or media would be appreciated.

Soft skills:

• Organized and meticulous.

• Initiative-taking / Curious.

• Flexible, adaptable.

• Team spirit / Collaborative.

Education & Languages:

• Fluent English is mandatory; a second language is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel).

• Affinity for numbers.

• Experience on platforms and dashboards will be valued.
