Le poste

Au sein de Flowbird, le Hardware Product Owner regroupe les fonctions de gouvernance de produit et de pilotage de projets. Vous serez donc en charge d’un produit ou d’un sous-ensemble de produits tout au long du cycle de vie, de la phase de collecte des exigences marché et client, en passant par la phase de spécification, de développement, et de déploiement, jusqu’à l’intégration d’évolution et la maintenance.

Les missions

• Assurer le suivi de sa gamme de produits,
• Cadrer et piloter des projets : coordonner fonctionnellement des équipes métiers développement, d’industrialisation, achats, qualité dans le but de livrer un dossier pour fabrication chez un fournisseur interne ou externe, software embarqué dans un second temps,
• Participer au management fonctionnel d’équipes pluridisciplinaires (apporter du soutien technique aux chefs de projets client en charge des relations avec nos clients et aux products managers),
• Gérer des dossiers de spécifications du produit,
• Être responsable de sa proposition technico-économique lors des appels d’offres, des critères de coûts, des délais
• Suivre le cycle de vie du produit de la coordination avec les autres intervenants à chaque étape du cycle de vie à une veille technologique,
• Reporting d’avancement et financier,
• Participer aux réunions internes ou externes,
• Optimiser les activités et travailler dans une logique d’amélioration continue,
• Assurer la continuité de l’activité lors des absences (délégations, transmissions des sujets, remplacements…),

Votre profil

• Vous avez suivi une formation Master/Bac+5 (université ou école d’ingénieur) orientée en génie mécanique conception, électronique, informatique industrielle et/ou en mécatronique,
• Vous disposez de plusieurs années d’expériences significatives sur un poste de Product Owner au sein d'une organisation agile,
• Une expérience significative dans le domaine d'équipement (mécanique, électronique, Software embarqué) est appréciée,
• Vous avez un niveau avancé en Anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit),
• Qualités requises : excellent relationnel, curiosité, diplomatie, capacité de persuasion, sens de l’analyse et des priorités, autonomie

Le poste est basé à Besançon, en France.

The Role

Within Flowbird, the Hardware Product Owner gathers together the roles of product governance and project management. You will therefore be responsible for the management of products throughout their lifecycle, from the market and customer requirements gathering phase, through specification, development, and deployment, to the integration of updates and maintenance.

How to make an impact

• Ensure the follow-up of your product range,
• Define and lead projects: functionally coordinate cross-functional teams (development, industrialization, purchasing, quality) with the goal of delivering a file for manufacturing (internal or external supplier), followed by embedded software,
• Participate in the functional management of multidisciplinary teams (provide technical support to project managers in charge of client relations and product managers),
• Manage product specification files,
• Be responsible for the technical and economic proposal during calls for tenders, including cost and timeline criteria,
• Monitor the product lifecycle from coordination with stakeholders at each stage to technological watch,
• Provide progress and financial reporting,
• Participate in internal and external meetings,
• Optimize activities and work with a continuous improvement mindset,
• Ensure business continuity during absences (delegation, subject handover, replacements, etc.)

Your background

• Master Degree/Bac+5 (university or engineering school) focused on mechanical design, electronics, industrial computing and/or mechatronics,
• Several years of experience in a Product Owner position within an agile organization,
• A significant experience in the equipment field (mechanics, electronics, embedded software) is really appreciated,
• Advanced level of English and in French,
• Soft skills : good communicator, curiosity, diplomacy, force of persuasion, autonomy, analytical mind, ability to summarize and prioritize

This role is based in Besançon, France.
