We’re looking for a Hardware Product Manager to take over during a maternity leave.

The role covers our entire perineal probes product line, including our best-selling device. You’ll own both the hardware and software aspects—managing two successful products already on the market, and driving the development of two more currently in progress.
Responsabilités
- Understand the market and customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with our users by spending time interviewing them and engaging with them for feedback.
- Conduct user research to gather and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Uncover pain points and identify areas for improvement.
- With those insights and the company’s objectives in mind, define your OKRs and roadmap, including both software and hardware developments.
- Prioritize actions to have the strongest and fastest possible impact on the NPS, our key metric.
- Oversee hardware and software development sprints and work hand-in-hand with hardware engineers, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and create an amazing product experience.
- Get your hands into our data platform to gather insights on what needs to be solved.
- Monitor performance closely.
- Measure impact through A / B tests and make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve the product.
- Collaborate with other teams, gather insights, embark people with you, and communicate product plans and results to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hardware Product Manager, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.Solid understanding of hardware development processes, from prototyping to mass production.Engineering background.Customer and impact driven mindset : you care deeply about improving user experiences.Strong organizational and project management skills.Comfortable with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.Fluent in French and English.You’re comfortable talking about women’s health, pelvic floor, and intimacy.Bonus points if you’re already familiar with femtech or medical devices.Compensation et package de rémunération
Contract : Freelance (4 days / week) or CDD (5 days a week) for approximately 5 months. Both can be turned into a CDI as we’re likely to increase our product team in early 2026.
