Proactive Global in Lille, France, is seeking a Hardware Integration Technician to join the Integration team. You will work with engineers and project teams to design and integrate automated logistics systems, turning customer requirements into practical, optimised technical solutions ready for implementation.

The role requires 2–3 years in industry, a technical qualification in engineering, strong AutoCAD skills, fluent French and good English, and a willingness to travel across Europe.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience in an industrial environment, engineering office, automation, intralogistics or systems integration.
• Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electromechanics or a related field.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and experience producing and interpreting technical drawings.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into practical engineering solutions.
• Understanding of industrial environments and installation requirements.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French and professional English (minimum B1-B2).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe.
• Desirable: Experience in intralogistics, robotics, warehouse automation or material handling.
• Desirable: Knowledge of additional CAD tools or engineering software.
• Desirable: Experience with technical documentation and international projects.

Mansioni

• Carry out technical studies and prepare layout plans for automated logistics systems.
• Translate functional specifications and simulation results into practical technical solutions.
• Design optimised layouts, considering technical, logistical and customer requirements.
• Prepare technical drawings, bills of materials, specifications and installation instructions.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams throughout the design and integration phases.
• Provide technical support and contribute to continuous improvement of integration methods and standards.
• Optimise solutions in terms of cost, quality, performance and ease of installation.
• Travel to customer sites across Europe when required (approximately once per month).
