Job summary

Coface is seeking a hands-on technical leader to stay close to implementation teams, review designs and code, mentor engineers, and drive complex technical delivery challenges. You will partner with product teams and stakeholders to craft scalable, secure, data-led solutions that align with Coface's digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Must-have: 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack infrastructure, data, microservices, and front-end.
• Designing APIs, web platforms, and mobile apps for credit, insurance, or compliance domains.
• Experience designing and scaling data-intensive applications within B2B data environments.
• Infrastructure migration and modernization (on-prem to cloud).
• Agile team leadership and outsourced development coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to gather and formalize business requirements.
• Translate problems into architectural solutions with Enterprise/Data Architects.
• Review legacy systems and source code to map data flows and integrations.
• Document ADRs and architecture decisions in Confluence.
• Lead analyses of technical debt and modernization roadmaps.
• Design modular, scalable architectures and phased transition plans.
• Define integration patterns for coexistence with legacy systems.
