C Coface is seeking a hands-on Technical Leader to drive modern architecture across credit and insurance tech domains. You will mentor engineers, review designs and code, and ensure scalable, secure, data-led solutions while aligning with strategic digital transformation goals.

You will collaborate with product, enterprise, and data architects to bridge business needs and technology, overseeing ADRs, performance, and compliance across COE teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, secure software architectures.
• Strong background in data-centric and B2B domains with governance focus.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to translate business needs into scalable architectures.
• Lead design reviews, ADRs, and governance boards; manage technical debt remediation roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers across squads and ensure quality code reviews and security controls.
• Oversee delivery with a focus on performance, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
