Sensient Technologies Corporation seeks an EHS Manager for the Saint-Ouen l’Aumône site (Val d’Oise). The role focuses on developing and maintaining Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies for a 160-person site involved in cosmetics-related manufacturing, storage and distribution.

You will drive EHS performance, coordinate incident investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide EHS expertise for capital projects. French and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Proven EHS experience in an industrial environment, ideally chemical industry.
• Knowledge of Labor Code and Environmental Code.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental management systems.
• Drive EHS performance using indicators and communicate trends.
• Organize reporting of incidents, accidents, and non-conformities; coordinate investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and prefectural orders; act as point of contact for authorities.
• Provide EHS expertise for capital and improvement projects.
