Senior CRM Executive – Spain

At DAZN Bet, we are opening up the world of betting and gaming for our customers, providing an interactive, accessible and social product. Ensuring a safe betting experience for sports fans across multiple regulated markets, whilst being able to enjoy their favourite sports via live streaming.

As Senior CRM Executive – Spain, you'll strategically plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns to deliver customer engagement, retention and reactivation. Your focus will be on planning and configuring effective campaigns, monitoring performance, implementing personalization through automation, and staying ahead of industry trends. Our objective is to provide unique and innovative customer experiences through tailored engagement.

Ultimately, your role will contribute to building effective customer relationships, achieving key performance indicators, and ensuring the successful delivery of our CRM and strategy in the locally regulated Spanish business.

The job holder will be tasked with implementing strategies and projects that deliver revenue upside to these areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll support the Head of CRM with the strategic planning and developing creative marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business revenues.
  • Drive change, adopting new communication channels and capabilities / platforms to reach above industry-standard retention rates.
  • Working with the CRM tool and core platform tools (PAM / CMS), you will devise, configure and test new promotional mechanics and build player segments, designed to optimise engagement, player value and customer experience.
  • Responsible for coordinating, analyzing and optimizing all marketing activities to drive conversion, retention and growth.
  • Develop creative promotions and execute personalized campaigns using relevant communication channels to guarantee customer satisfaction and drive business revenues.
  • Maximizing and monitoring customer lifetime value whilst optimizing bonus costs to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Produce, monitor and review KPIs to identify commercial opportunities, working closely with the BI Data team to optimize market performance.
  • Working with the CMS and other creative tools to brief and / or produce compelling and on-brand promotional creative assets to complement onsite and offsite user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that all promotional mechanics and associated are reviewed and approved according to local market regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Services department, helping them to investigate any customer queries relating specifically to bonuses and promotions.
  • Work closely with Product teams to support in the definition of key product regulatory initiatives.
  • Establish strong working relationships with teams across DAZN Bet to identify new revenue streams and opportunities to improve customer experience and drive operational excellence.
  • Analyse and monitor business / regulatory trends to mitigate regulatory market trends in alignment with senior management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experienced professional with minimum 5 years’ experience within the online gaming industry across CRM, preferably with interest in both Sportsbook and Casino.
  • A proactive approach, comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic and international environment.
  • Someone with passion for sport, particularly football, with a deep understanding of being a fan across multiple sports.
  • Professional with experience in operating CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce or any other tools) and other tools like CMS. Experience with Optimove is a plus.
  • Comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail.
  • Someone who will put business performance at the heart of your approach, passionate about driving results and meeting revenue targets.
  • Experience of managing customer lifecycle campaigns and delivering customer loyalty / retention.
  • Smart, creative and bold, but at the same time highly data-driven and analytical to evaluate marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of operating markets is crucial : local gambling regulations, advertisement restrictions and marketing possibilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
