About the role:

The Guest Relations Intern assists in ensuring a smooth arrival and memorable stay for Elite, HRG, VIP, and other special guests, while complying with all Four Seasons policies and procedures. The role reports directly to the Guest Relations Manager.

What you will do:

  1. Assist in managing all VIP, Special Attention, Specialty Suite, and High Return Guests, including coordinating and monitoring communication between guests and all necessary departments.

  2. Oversee all Elite guests' stays, including pre-arrival arrangements, room allocation, preferences, meet and greet upon arrival, and ongoing communication throughout their stay.

  3. Perform all reasonable guest services, memorize preferences, and anticipate guest requests to ensure prompt and efficient service.

  4. Communicate and collaborate closely with the Guest Relations Supervisor.

  5. Act as an ambassador for the hotel, displaying style and integrity, and conveying knowledge and assurance to guests.

What we are looking for:

Experience in Front Desk / Guest Relations within luxury hospitality, a natural talent for making guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. Fluency in French and English, with knowledge of Opera PMS, is required. You must have the legal right to work in France.
