Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a welcoming experience and keeping the floor stocked, priced, and signed with the right sizes, styles, and colors.

You will support strong operations, guest service, and visual merchandising while staying flexible for varying shifts to meet customer needs. Starting hourly rate is $15.50 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Retail fundamentals including department sales, inventory, guest patterns, pricing and promotions.
• Industry trends including style and brand differentiation.
• Set, fill, and price the floor for guest focus.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory to support guest needs.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom.
• Set visual presentations and guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to keep guest needs fulfilled.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to inspire guests.
• Assist with price changes and signing for promotions and clearance.
• Maintain fitting rooms as welcoming spaces for guests.
