Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking a Runner to support seamless service at its Saint Tropez venue. You will shuttle dishes and drinks, clear and reset areas, and assist waitstaff to ensure guests enjoy smooth, elegant moments.

Responsabilités

• Rotate between food running, drinks running, and floor support.
• Deliver orders quickly, safely, and with attention to presentation.
• Clear and reset tables, sunbeds, and guest areas with care.
• Prepare mise en place (cutlery, napkins, sauces, etc.) for service.
• Maintain side stations and service areas clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team.
• Restock trays, glassware, and supplies throughout service.
• Assist with polishing cutlery and glassware when required.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer support proactively.
• Follow service flow, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Respect uniform, grooming, and punctuality guidelines.
• Remain positive, professional, and attentive throughout the shift.
