Hilton seeks a Customer Engagement Intern in Paris to support sales operations and lead generation, helping deliver memorable guest experiences. You will facilitate hotel-supplier communication, prepare procurement updates, and assist with platform training across teams.

Fluency in French and English is essential, as is proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus, and you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in French (French‑speaking required) and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Familiarity with BirchStreet procurement platform is advantageous.
• Available for a 6-month internship.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate communication between hotels, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing updates, reports, and presentations on procurement activities.
• Respond to requests from hotels; source products and conduct price benchmarks.
• Organize tasks, deadlines, and documentation; coordinate meetings and trainings.
• Train hotels on the BirchStreet platform and support suppliers onboarding.
