Job Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain knowledge about 25hours facilities and Dubai surroundings to assist guests effectively.
  2. Provide assistance and information to guests and colleagues, embodying the brand's principles.
  3. Support guest relations, recognize repeat guests, and promote feedback and loyalty programs.
  4. Ensure high standards of guest service, safety, and hotel policies are followed.
  5. Coordinate VIP arrangements and ensure personalized guest experiences.
  6. Assist with arrivals, departures, and transportation requests, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  7. Upsell hotel facilities and services to maximize revenue.
  8. Maintain accurate guest records and handle special requests.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
