Resultance, a consulting group with a European footprint, seeks a Business Developer for the Lille area to drive France expansion and build a strong local presence through strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership.

You will develop a high-quality client portfolio, design and deliver transformation projects for SMEs to large groups, and collaborate with international teams to achieve measurable client results.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and retain clients, manage margins, and grow revenue.
• Experience in consulting for transformation with executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational reengineering and performance improvement skills.
• Knowledge of digital business models and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Collaborative approach blending strategic vision with practical execution.
• Ability to work with diverse topics and stakeholders and build teams.
