Homa is seeking an Associate Team Lead Growth to drive performance for its live mobile game portfolio in Europe. You will own growth strategies, manage 2–3 junior Growth Specialists, and collaborate with Monetization and Product to launch tests that boost ROI.

You’ll use data, AI, and creative thinking to scale campaigns, identify top ad networks, and accelerate learning across the portfolio. This is a leadership role in a fast, ambitious gaming company.

• Own live portfolio growth and drive ROI through AB testing and optimizations.
• Lead 2–3 junior Growth Specialists, setting expectations and developing skills.
• Coordinate with Monetization and Product to prioritize tests and improvements.
• Identify and activate ad networks matching each game's KPI and stage.
• Leverage AI to analyze data and automate processes for scale.
