Homa in Paris is seeking a Unity Team Lead to drive both technical excellence and people leadership for a live, revenue-generating mobile game. You will own the senior Unity team while contributing directly as a hands-on engineer, keeping craft at a high standard and embedding AI into the workflow.

You will manage performance reviews, guide architecture decisions, and champion AI adoption, backend awareness, and safe live updates.

Qualifications

• Senior Unity engineer with proven leadership experience.
• Ability to hire, performance-manage, and mentor engineers.
• Clear, adaptable communication across disciplines.
• Active curiosity about AI and how to apply it to live games.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving under production constraints.

Responsabilités

• Own people management for your team: conduct reviews and support growth.
• Deliver as a senior IC on live projects with hands-on Unity coding.
• Lead AI adoption within the team and champion new tools.
• Act as a knowledge multiplier by expanding backend/AI system expertise.
• Balance ambition with revenue-conscious delivery for live, scalable games.
