Job summary

HelloFresh Paris is seeking a Growth Strategy Data Analyst Intern to partner with the Analytics & Performance and Growth Marketing teams. You’ll turn complex data into actionable insights, shaping customer acquisition, retention, pricing, and site optimization.

This role blends business analysis, experimentation, and data modeling to drive growth in a fast-scaling foodtech environment. You’ll work with SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets on large datasets, building dashboards and models to support

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
Experience translating data into actionable insights for business decisions.
Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive analyses on growth topics such as customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, and channel performance.
Build dashboards and data products to enable marketing decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Partner with Growth Marketing managers to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation.
Support experimentation and A/B testing, and monitor outcomes.
Measure the impact of initiatives and scale successful growth strategies.
