Job summary

HelloFresh in Paris is seeking a Growth Strategy Data Analyst Intern to join the Analytics & Performance team and collaborate with Growth Marketing to drive growth in France.

You will turn complex data into actionable insights influencing strategic decisions, marketing investment, and customer lifecycle optimization. This role blends business analysis, experimentation, and data modeling for end-to-end exposure to data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau is a plus).
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on growth topics: acquisition, retention, pricing, discounts, and channel performance.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support strategic decisions and budget allocation with data insights.
• Contribute to design, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and growth experiments.
• Build dashboards and data models to scale decision-making.
