Edenred SE in France is seeking a Growth Strategy Intern to support the Revenue Engine team in driving organic growth. You will help build Excel models, dashboards, and BI analyses to inform sales campaigns and benchmarking across business units.

The role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to multiple markets and a clear path to develop strategic and analytical skills in a global company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top business school or university; gap-year or final-year internship.
• Previous internship in consulting, finance, sales, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform Business Intelligence strategic analysis.
• Consolidate and challenge KPIs to identify improvements.
• Prepare Excel models, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations to scale campaigns.
• Conduct benchmarks.
• Identify levers to increase sales performance.
• Collect best practices from Edenred BUs and external research.
• Analyze data and provide insights to business units.
• Build action plans to accelerate BU growth.
• Reinforce and share Edenred expertise on Sales & Marketing.
• Create content to structure Edenred expertise (Excel dashboards, playbooks, workshops).
• Interact with Edenred BUs via Teams, calls, workshops to share Edenred expertise.
