Job summary

Qonto is hiring an Apprentice for the Growth Operations team in Paris to help build data connections and integrations powering growth channels. You’ll work under Hugo and contribute to data flows, enrichment, and insightful analytics using SQL, Python or JavaScript, with AI support.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Marketing, gaining breadth across domains while growing your skills over a two-year runway. Hybrid work and learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• You're comfortable with at least two of SQL, JavaScript or Python.
• You understand APIs and enjoy making different systems work together.
• You're studying software engineering, data science or a similar field.
• You use AI to move faster and stay critical about the output.
• You can work and communicate in English every day; French is a plus.
• You know how to transform raw data into valuable insights for non technical stakeholders.
• You enjoy tackling structural issues and making others' jobs easier with your solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure API integrations to ensure reliable data flow between systems (Salesforce, Segment, Braze, Meta, etc).
• Build data enrichment flows to provide Sales with insights to convert prospects.
• Own website tracking and tagging to boost Paid Acquisition campaigns.
• Use SQL and Python or JavaScript with AI tools to turn messy data into insights for teams.
• Investigate issues and improve our infrastructure by delivering scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate and shape data integration decisions.

Join Qonto's Growth Operations team as an Apprentice and help build the data connections and integrations that power our growth channels. You'll work under the guidance of Hugo, our Lead Growth Operations.

What you'll do

• Make our Growth Engine go further: You'll configure API integrations so data flows reliably between systems (Salesforce, Segment, Braze, Meta, etc), our marketing tools and beyond.
• Fuel outbound with data: You'll build data enrichment flows to provide the Sales teams with the best insights to convert prospect into loyal customers.
• Boost our Paid Acquisition campaigns by owning website tracking and tagging.
• Deliver powerful insights for business teams: You'll use SQL and Python or JavaScript, with AI tools to move faster, to turn messy data into insights teams can act on.
• Investigate issues and improve our infrastructure: You'll take down recurring blockers and bring your own solution so the team gets stronger every time.
• Be a sparring partner for Engineering: You’ll help challenge and shape technical choices with our engineers, so the integrations and data flows you build hold up at scale.

You'll report to Hugo Peurois, Lead Growth Operations. Hugo has spent 3+ years at Qonto, moving from Data Analytics Manager to Senior Product Manager to leading Growth Operations.
