Job summary

Qonto is seeking an Apprentice for its Growth Operations team in Paris. You will configure API integrations between Salesforce, Segment, Braze, and other tools, build data enrichment flows, and help optimize paid campaigns while delivering insights with SQL and Python or JavaScript.

Under Hugo Peurois, you'll collaborate with engineering and analytics, explore AI-enabled workflows, and gain a two-year runway with onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Two of SQL, Python or JavaScript are required.
• Ability to understand and work with APIs to integrate systems.
• You're studying software engineering, data science or a related field.
• AI-fluent: able to leverage AI to move faster while critically assessing outputs.
• English is required; French is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure API integrations between systems to ensure reliable data flow.
• Build data enrichment flows to support Sales in converting prospects to customers.
• Own website tracking and tagging to improve Paid Acquisition campaigns.
• Turn messy data into insights using SQL and Python/JavaScript with AI tools.
• Identify blockers and propose solutions to strengthen the data pipeline.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape technical decisions for scalable integrations.

Join Qonto's Growth Operations team as an Apprentice and help build the data connections and integrations that power our growth channels. You'll work under the guidance of Hugo, our Lead Growth Operations.

What you'll do

• Make our Growth Engine go further: You'll configure API integrations so data flows reliably between systems (Salesforce, Segment, Braze, Meta, etc.), our marketing tools and beyond.
• Fuel outbound with data: You'll build data enrichment flows to provide the Sales teams with the best insights to convert prospect into loyal customers.
• Boost our Paid Acquisition campaigns by owning website tracking and tagging.
• Deliver powerful insights for business teams: You'll use SQL and Python or JavaScript, with AI tools to move faster, to turn messy data into insights teams can act on.
• Investigate issues and improve our infrastructure: You'll take down recurring blockers and bring your own solution so the team gets stronger every time.
• Be a sparring partner for Engineering: You’ll help challenge and shape technical choices with our engineers, so the integrations and data flows you build hold up at scale.

What we're looking for

• Data confidence: You're comfortable with at least two of SQL, JavaScript or Python.
• Integration mindset: You understand APIs and enjoy making different systems work together.
• Technical and analytical background: You're studying software engineering, data science or a similar field.
• AI-fluent: You use AI to move faster and stay critical about the output.
• English: You can work and communicate in English every day; French is a plus.
• Analytical: you know how to transform raw data into valuable insights for non technical stakeholders
• Problem solver: you enjoy tackling structural issues and make other people's jobs easier with your solutions.
