Pletor lets marketers and creatives build custom AI agents that generate on-brand visuals & videos at scale. Describe the campaign you want. Pletor agents take care of the heavy lifting so teams stay focused on taste, performance, and speed.

We are backed by Tier-1 VCs and angel investors from the marketing and design ecosystems, including Kieran Flanagan (SVP Marketing at HubSpot and former CMO at Zapier), Claude Alexandre (VP of B2B at Adobe), Antoine Le Nel (CMO at Revolut) and Antoine Pabst (former CEO at Publicis Luxe), as well as scouts from a16z and Sequoia.

Our Team

We are a team of ex-startup operators who have teamed up with an expert in generative models. Ferdinand and Maxime led growth and product teams at Alma through hypergrowth (from 50 to 400 employees, €200m raised). Antoine has spent the last four years leading Yokai’s research to develop advanced generative AI algorithms for people imagery production.

We have come together around this problem we are passionate about solving, and share common values of ambition, simplicity, and transparency.

We are currently a lean team of 5 with three founders and two senior full-stack engineers who joined us in January 2025.

About the Role

You will be Pletor’s first growth hire. You will focus on demand gen & content storytelling. You will work directly with Ferdinand, our founder and CEO, to build a repeatable acquisition machine through fast-paced iterations.

This role is a great fit for a growth profile with a very entrepreneurial mindset who wants to discover the backstage of a VC-backed early-stage startup working on the future of marketing with AI.

  • Run multi‑channel growth experiments with a priority on Influencer marketing, paid ads (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok). Also SEO, SEA.

  • Figure out growth hacks on less competitive channels where our audience spends time

  • Content leadership – script, design, and distribute content that will become viral and attract users to Pletor (e.g., LinkedIn or TikTok videos showing how to build a Pletor agent, Pletor agents as lead magnets, build fun visual apps based on Pletor)

  • Be your own power‑user – use Pletor’s agents daily, surface product feedback & new use cases

Then, sky is the line. Our ambition for Pletor is huge and we want our early employees to grow with us without limits.


About You

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS or PLG marketing

  • English fluency is a must.

  • Content eye: you know what hooks, and you have the basic design skills to deliver that

  • Hands‑on experience with at least two of: Influencer marketing, paid ads, community‑led growth, SEO, SEA

  • Curiosity and bias for action. You are ready to take risks and learn new things. You value rapid experiments over perfection.

  • (Bonus) Experience marketing to designers or martech audiences.
