Qualifications

Dolead is a global leader in performance marketing, helping businesses scale customer acquisition efficiently. With offices in Paris and Boston, we specialize in paid media strategies that drive high-intent leads and revenue growth.

This is a permanent role, based in our Paris Office.

We are expanding our Growth Marketing team in EMEA to explore new paid acquisition channels beyond Google & Meta. Our goal is to identify, test, and scale emerging platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.) to diversify our revenue streams and unlock new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do


As a Growth Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for testing, optimizing, and scaling new paid acquisition channels across the European market (clients in France, the UK, Spain, Portugal, ...).

You’ll play a key role in experimenting with high-potential platforms, analyzing performance data, and driving strategic recommendations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns on new paid social and native advertising platforms (TikTok, Snap, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.).
  • Run structured experiments to validate new acquisition channels and measure their impact.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead acquisition efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Growth team, Data, and Product teams to integrate new insights.
  • Identify and test new creative strategies, particularly for video-first ad formats.
  • Analyze data and report on performance, extracting actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend innovative growth opportunities.

What You Bring:

We're looking for a curious, data-driven, and proactive marketer who thrives on experimentation and is excited to scale new acquisition channels.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (paid social, native advertising, or digital growth strategies).
Proven expertise in launching and optimizing paid campaigns on emerging platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain).
Strong data analysis skills, with experience in A/B testing and experiment-driven decision-making.
Ability to think strategically while also executing and iterating quickly.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
A growth mindset, constantly learning and adapting to new trends.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with video-first performance marketing strategies.
Familiarity with SQL or data tools to enhance campaign analysis.
Experience working with multiple European markets.
