PayFit seeks a Growth Marketing Apprentice to join our Paris-based Growth team. You will help grow PayFit's websites across France, Spain and the UK, optimise user journeys and drive experiments with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Content, Acquisition, Product Marketing, Design and Engineering to deliver measurable growth. You will learn to apply SEO best practices, work with CMS tools, analyse results and contribute to AI-powered discovery and experimentation workflows.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth, Web, Business, Data, UX or a related field.
• Interest in websites, SEO, user experience and digital growth.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven work.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage international B2B SaaS websites and optimise pages across France, Spain and the UK.
• Support CRO and experimentation using platforms like Kameleoon; translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Execute SEO strategies and collaborate with content and technical teams on improvements.
• Contribute to AI-driven growth initiatives and explore AI-assisted workflows.
