Job summary

WiXar in Paris (Station F) seeks a final-year master's student for a 6‑month end‑of‑studies internship focused on growth and B2B marketing. You will help build an AI‑powered growth engine, run outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn, and collaborate with the sales team.

You will learn to deploy AI workflows, track funnel metrics, create content for training and visibility, and gain hands-on experience with AI tools and SEO.

Qualifications

• Final year of a master's degree (business, digital marketing, engineering, or equivalent) for an end‑of‑studies internship or gap year.
• First experience in growth, B2B marketing or sales ops (internship, personal project, side project).
• You already use AI daily and want to go further with structured prompts, automations, and agents.
• Analytical mindset with a habit of testing hypotheses and measuring results.
• Excellent writing in French and professional English.
• Interest in new technologies and in training.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run our B2B acquisition funnel: account targeting, data enrichment, email and LinkedIn sequences, and follow-up through to qualified meetings.
• Launch and manage LinkedIn campaigns (organic and Ads): message testing, A/B tests, and optimisation.
• Track funnel metrics (reply rate, meetings, qualified leads) and suggest improvements weekly.
• Deploy and configure growth tools (CRM, data enrichment, outreach sequences) and connect them.
• Design AI workflows (LLMs, agents) that automate market watch, lead qualification, message personalisation and content production.
• Document every process so it stays usable after you leave.
• Create content for training, HSE and innovation managers: use cases, articles, posts, newsletters, short videos.
• Improve visibility in search engines and generative AI (SEO / GEO).
• Contribute to trade shows and events (preparation, lead follow-up).
