Base360.ai is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive B2C growth across channels and build a scalable growth engine. You will own strategies, run campaigns, and drive signups and leads in an entrepreneurial setting.

You’ll experiment rapidly, apply AI to research, copy, and automation, and collaborate closely with the founder on positioning and messaging. This role offers a hands‑on path to becoming a top growth practitioner in Europe.

Responsabilités

• Own one growth channel end to end or run several, setting strategy and measuring results.
• Generate leads and signups, building motions from paid, SEO, outbound, and referrals.
• Run fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI across research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed.
• Build high‑performing funnels and landing pages with a data‑driven approach.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and growth priorities.
• Track performance and tell a clear story about what drives impact.
