Job summary

Voodoo, a leading mobile games and apps company, is seeking a founding Growth Manager in Paris to drive paid and organic growth across the portfolio. You will design and implement scalable growth strategies, test multiple channels, and partner with product, development, and creative teams to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate is data-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and fluent in English and French.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in driving growth for consumer-facing digital products, preferably mobile apps.
• Deep understanding of mobile growth ecosystems and branding performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the growth strategy for new apps, running a high volume of tests across acquisition channels and focusing on scalable activations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of growth initiatives and optimize resource use.
• Conduct systematic data analysis to measure channel performance and drive decision-making for growth opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify innovative activations.

Team

The New Apps team is a small elite team developing new B2C AI Apps on mass‑market segments, such as social entertainment, fitness, health, learning, and other high‑potential ones.

Role

Working closely with the CEO, you will be our founding Growth Manager, to drive paid and organic strategy and operations on our entire portfolio and, ultimately, scale new apps enjoyed by millions.

• Build and own the growth strategy for our new apps — running a high volume of tests across acquisition channels (paid UA, product‑led growth, organic, ASO) and doubling down hard on the ones that show real potential to scale

• Partner with cross‑functional teams (creative, product, development) to ensure execution of the growth strategy and leverage resources effectively

• Conduct systematic data analysis and leverage key metrics to measure channels performances, drive decision-making, prioritize growth initiatives and new opportunities.

• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competitors’ growth strategies to identify innovative activations

Profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in driving growth for consumer‑facing digital product, preferably in mobile app

• You understand the mobile growth ecosystem in detail as well as branding performance

• You are a data‑driven, growth hacker with an entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high‑paced environment

• You can demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

• You are fluent in English and french
