Voodoo is seeking a Growth Strategy & Monetization Manager to join the Ad Monetization team. You will work on revenue-critical topics, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and execution to improve performance across millions of daily users.

Ideal for someone with a consulting or analytical background looking to own a € multi-hundred-million revenue engine. The role involves driving revenue, optimizing the ad tech stack, leading high-impact projects, and acting as a business owner

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience in fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)
• Master’s degree from top engineering or business school.
• Fluent in English and French is a plus.

We are looking for a Growth Strategy & Monetization Manager to join the Ad Monetization team. You will work directly on revenue-critical topics, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and operational execution to improve performance across millions of daily users. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or analytical background who wants to move from advising to owning a € multi-hundred-million revenue engine.

Profile

• Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole).

• You have 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)

• You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
