Valtech is looking for a Growth Lead for the CPG Vertical (all genders). Join our global business transformation agency today.

A day in the life of a Growth Lead for CPG Vertical (all genders)

As a Growth Lead for CPG Vertical (all genders), you will be responsible for understanding customer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and building strategies in collaboration with all stakeholders.

In addition, you will:

  • Prospect, pitch, and win new business across the CPG industry, translating Valtech’s offerings into compelling value propositions for C-suite executives.
  • Drive the CPG sales pipeline development in close partnership with the Lead of the CPG Vertical.
  • Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against KPIs and targets, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
  • Collaborate and coach sales colleagues in the CPG Vertical.
  • Lead end-to-end presales / RFP response / pitch process through qualification, win strategy definition, and engagement of appropriate resources such as solution engineers, professional services leads, and partner executives.
  • Participate in relevant marketing and CPG industry events.
  • Collaborate systematically with Valtech’s key technology platform partners in the region, e.g., Microsoft, Sitecore, SAP, Adobe, Google, commercetools, and others.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and revenue delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in professional digital agency services and Valtech’s CPG clients’ industry.
  • Keep abreast of client success case studies and develop services’ value propositions within Valtech.
You and the role

You have over 10 years of experience in pitching and growing (new) business in the CPG industry. You are comfortable taking the lead, making decisions, and proactively setting things in motion.

  • A solid network of clients, partners, and stakeholders to grow the CPG Vertical in Europe.
  • The ability to seek new ways to learn, improve, and adapt.
  • Excellent French and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A team-oriented mentality, always eager to celebrate successes together.
