As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a Growth Hacker to join our team on a full-time contract.
You will play a strategic role in driving lead generation and outbound acquisition while also contributing to creative and brand-building initiatives.
With strong ownership and autonomy, you will support business growth by working hand-in-hand with Sales, experimenting with new acquisition tactics and pushing our growth levers forward.
What you'll do :
Lead and optimize multichannel outbound campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn outreach, phoning, etc.) for the EMEA and North American markets.
Create and segment qualified audiences and contact lists to target the right personas at the right time.
Build, write, and A/B test email sequences, value propositions, and high-converting outreach content adapted to specific targets.
Support Sales with impactful sales enablement assets: one-pagers, pitch decks, prospecting templates.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment with daily prospecting needs.
Track campaign performance and constantly look for ways to improve targeting, messaging, and formats.
Explore and test new acquisition channels (automation tools, ads, communities, etc.) to scale growth efforts.
