Tasks

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a Growth Hacker to join our team on a full-time contract.

You will play a strategic role in driving lead generation and outbound acquisition while also contributing to creative and brand-building initiatives.

With strong ownership and autonomy, you will support business growth by working hand-in-hand with Sales, experimenting with new acquisition tactics and pushing our growth levers forward.

What you'll do :

OUTBOUND MARKETING 80%

Lead and optimize multichannel outbound campaigns (emailing, LinkedIn outreach, phoning, etc.) for the EMEA and North American markets.

Create and segment qualified audiences and contact lists to target the right personas at the right time.

Build, write, and A/B test email sequences, value propositions, and high-converting outreach content adapted to specific targets.

Support Sales with impactful sales enablement assets: one-pagers, pitch decks, prospecting templates.

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment with daily prospecting needs.

Track campaign performance and constantly look for ways to improve targeting, messaging, and formats.

Explore and test new acquisition channels (automation tools, ads, communities, etc.) to scale growth efforts.

INBOUND & CREATIVE MARKETING 20%
  • Create relevant content to generate qualified leads and drive traffic to our website: ebooks, blog articles, gated content, landing pages, etc.
  • Contribute to the creation of internal communication visuals and branding assets for events.
  • Help grow and animate our LinkedIn company page by co-creating engaging and value-driven content.
  • Support visual content production: LinkedIn posts, infographics, short videos, brand visuals, etc.
Requirements

Who you are

  • 2 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • C2 level in English or high C1 level.
  • Strong background or experience in outbound marketing and growth hacking tactics.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to craft clear, impactful messaging in English and French.
  • Creative eye and experience with design tools and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on, proactive, structured, and eager to contribute to and help grow key projects.
  • Curious and analytical; you thrive in a test-learn-iterate environment.
  • A true team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and sharing ideas.
  • Bonus: you bring skills in motion design or UX/UI design.
