Canva in France is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to act as the operational backbone of the local growth creative pod. You’ll own briefs, pipelines and trafficking, enabling a high-volume, high-quality output each week across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

You’ll work with the Creative Strategist, content admins in Manila, creators and production partners, applying AI tools to speed up briefs, localization and asset tagging while maintaining strict timeliness and data quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production experience across agency and in-house.
• Experience with social-first and performance creative at high volume.
• Hands-on familiarity with ad trafficking and creative classification.
• Understanding of hooks, formats, vertical video and creator content.
• Experience working with a Creative Strategist or performance lead.
• Experience with creators and scaled content.
• People leadership experience with coordinators or admins.
• Strong network of creators, editors and production partners in France.

Responsabilités

• Run end-to-end production engine for growth creative and weekly sprint cycles.
• Own the production pipeline from brief to delivery.
• Lead ad trafficking, tagging, and asset hygiene.
• Manage relationships with creators, editors and production partners.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and country team.
• Brief, coach, and extract sharp outputs from creators.
• Leverage AI to speed up briefing, versioning, localization, tagging.
• Oversee budgets and third-party vendors.
