Qualifications

Started in France in 2016, Mytraffic mission is to empower commerce professionals with the best location analytics and insights to be smarter every day and design the best experiences in physical locations.

We already serve more than 500 customers in many different sectors (Retail, Real Estate, Consulting Companies, Cities…) all over Europe to help them expand their businesses, analyze or predict performances of investments, understand their customers’ habits, benchmark their results with competition… Mytraffic is a hyper growing scale up (+110%/year) supported by 30 Millions € Series B fundraising round with Axa Venture Partners, Alven and Kernel Investissements in November 2022 to finance its European expansion.

In January 2024, Mytraffic announced the strategic acquisition of the Spanish start up Geoblink, becoming Europe's premier location intelligence platform.

We’re seeking a freelance professional for a 6-month mission starting in September.

Job Description:
The Growth Content Manager will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth through strategic content creation and management.

With 20% of marketing leads currently sourced from organic/direct traffic, this position aims to maximize the potential of existing data to enhance lead magnet initiatives and overall brand awareness.

To give you more details about your day-to-day at MyTraffic :

1. Content Creation: create and oversee the development of various content types, including:

- Lead magnet resources (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, e-books).

- Trigger content for social media engagement (e.g., LinkedIn posts).

- Client-specific materials such as videos, testimonials, and quotes.

- Corporate content, including brochures and press release (for events or news).

We expect from you to bring a fresh eye on content: provide competitive intelligence and have the freedom to propose new innovative content

2. Performance Tracking and Optimization:

- Analyze content ROI and engagement metrics to refine content strategies in collaboration with marketing operations.

- Conduct SEO audits and optimize performance based on SEO metrics.

-Support in launching and managing growth campaigns.

3. Collaboration:

- Fuel marketing engine with content : both growth & client exp

- Partner sales & product teams to ensure content relevance and impact on targeted accounts.
???? About you :

- French and English mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

-2 years of experience in growth marketing (ideally tech / BtB environnement)

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Strong creativity to lead content strategy : ideation & production (hands-on approach).

- Analytical mindset with the ability to track & interpret data in order to make data-driven decisions.

- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
