Homa is seeking a Junior Growth Specialist to drive performance across our live mobile game portfolio. You’ll translate social trends on TikTok into growth momentum, own game growth execution, and collaborate with UA and Product to run data-driven campaigns.

Mission

As a Junior Growth Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving the performance of our live mobile game portfolio. You will work at the intersection of social trends, creative strategy, and AI-powered execution — turning what's working on TikTok and social platforms today into growth momentum for our games tomorrow.

• Hunt and translate trends — monitor TikTok, ad libraries, and social platforms daily to surface high-potential hooks and turn them into actionable creative strategies for assigned games
• Own your games — manage growth execution on your assigned live titles, track performance, identify opportunities, and iterate fast based on results
• Build smarter with AI — use AI tools every day to analyze data, automate workflows, and find new ways to move faster and think bigger
• Execute with precision — collaborate with the UA and Product teams to launch and optimize test campaigns that drive measurable uplift
• Push the bar — bring fresh energy, creative thinking, and a relentless desire to find what works — then do more of it

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a first experience in growth, creative content, or social media, and the humility, curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast. You're a great fit if you have:

• A sharp eye for trends — you live on TikTok, you know what's going viral and why, and you can connect dots from social culture to a game's audience
• An AI-native mindset — you already use AI tools to get things done faster, build processes, and experiment with new approaches without being asked
• Energy and ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do; you identify the next thing and go after it
• A creative, outside-the-box approach — you think differently about problems and get excited by testing new ideas
• Strong communication skills — you can work across teams, explain your thinking clearly, and align people around a direction

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience in ad creatives, performance marketing, or social content production
• Basic exposure to mobile UA, growth hacking, or community building
• Knowledge of tools like Meta Ad Library, UA8, or similar trend/analytics platforms
