We already serve more than 500 customers in many different sectors (Retail, Real Estate, Consulting Companies, Cities…) all over Europe to help them expand their businesses, analyze or predict performances of investments, understand their customers’ habits, benchmark their results with competition… Mytraffic is a hyper growing scale up (+110%/year) supported by a 30 Millions € Series B fundraising round with Axa Venture Partners, Alven and Kernel Investissements in November 2022 to finance its European expansion.

In January 2024, Mytraffic announced the strategic acquisition of the Spanish start up Geoblink, becoming Europe's premier location intelligence platform.

In a time of technological transition (AI boom), we’re launching our “sales level up” plan to transform our Sales team into a high-performing powerhouse. The role of Lead Generation Manager will be key in driving this transformation.

Join an ambitious and supportive Lead Gen Team

From day one, you’ll be coached by our Senior Revenue Ops and a Senior Lead Gen expert, who will support your growth and help you ramp up quickly.
You’ll also be part of a real lead generation squad, working closely with another Lead Gen intern to build and scale our prospecting machine together.

Be a key player in our AI-powered GTM transformation

We’re rebuilding our Go-To-Market engine from the ground up with automation, AI, and data at the core.
As a Growth & AI automation,you’ll be at the heart of this transformation, helping us shape a smarter, more scalable lead generation machine.
You’ll work closely with our Revenue Ops, Sales, and Growth teams to design and implement AI-driven workflows that generate highly targeted and actionable lead lists, fueling our sales teams with precision.
It’s an opportunity to test the latest tools, automate manual flows, and help define the future of B2B acquisition.

What you’ll Do: Build & Run


Work closely with Sales on a day-to-day basis to sharpen targeting, sources, and personas
Build high-quality lead lists using our full stack: CRM, tools like Clay, and intent-based or ABM strategies
Design scalable approaches to reduce reliance on manual tasks
Set up automated workflows for lead capture, qualification, and handoff to the right teams
Experiment with cutting-edge automation and AI tools (Clay, GPT, Zapier, Phantombuster…) to eliminate repetitive work and spot weak signals
Continuously optimize our lead gen engine from detection to conversion
Contribute to the structuring and documentation of acquisition processes

Who you Are

Curious, resourceful, and comfortable with digital tools
You love to test, automate, and iterate quickly
Understanding of B2B, sales cycles, and digital marketing
Comfortable working with data (Sheets/Excel, no-code tools, CRM, maybe even SQL)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Bonus: familiarity with scraping, APIs, enrichment logic, or AI tools
In your last year of business, digital or web school
You’re fluent in French and English
